Jeremy Paul Smith

CEO

Jeremy graduated from Abilene Christian University majoring in Business Management and Marketing with minors in baseball, beer and country music.  

After college he followed his dream of playing minor league baseball throughout the North and Midwest for four seasons.

After a career ending injury he followed his marketing passion and started Perfect 10 Promotions with his beautiful wife.

Together they saw a need for a boutique marketing agency with a more hands on approach and began networking for pieces to the puzzle.

Years in the field fueled his passion in the details and behind the scene logistics of each event and promotion. 

He thrives on connecting people whether it's in business consulting on programs and non-profit projects that require an expert touch in event marketing.

His clients, managers and team know he is always available 24/7 -365 and have that peace of mind.

When not at work you will find him spending time with his wife and three incredibly wild and outgoing children.  At night you may also find him watching Dallas sports teams on his patio, drinking one of the brands from his liquor portfolio, over ice.  

The entire Smith family is represented by top Texas talent agencies and enjoys working as a family on commercials, print and tv shows. They have starred in several national commercials as a family.


Christy Greico-Smith

CEO & Influencer Marketing Guru

Christy is co-founder of Perfect 10 Promotions. 

Her passion for marketing came from her background in acting and promotional events that began at the age of 6 years old.  

Starting from the ground up in 2004, Christy and Jeremy opened Perfect 10 Promotions a full service national staffing agency.  Fast forward 10+ years and they are a mulit-million dollar agency currently work with some the largest brands in the US.  Within the agency her passion is building influencer events and experiences throughout the country that knock even the veteran blogger and event goer’s socks off.

She constantly thrives to create large events and promotional marketing experiences from start to finish, providing the staff that is well rounded and the perfect match for each brand. 

She enjoys working with an amazing team of recruiters to find the best talent and sales driven staff across the country.  She prides herself in having a diverse company that takes special effort to work with individuals from all walks of life to create, learn and grow in this ever changing industry.

Outside of her career she has a family of 3 young children with her fabulous super entrepreneur and marketing guru husband Jeremy.

In her free time she enjoys cooking, crafting, organizing and of course entertaining.

Her entire Family of 5 are represented by Dallas talent agencies and enjoy booking commercials, TV and film as a family.

Keley Jo Wilton is a Recruitment Specialist at The 10 Agency where she locates and hires top-notch Brand Ambassadors across the United States. 


Ashley Attwood

On Premise Manager

Ashley is the manager of on premise events and promotions for Dallas/Fort Worth with focus on the liquor and spirits brands in the Perfect 10 portfolio. She is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from California State University in Los Angeles. Ashley is a former Dallas Stars Ice Girl and enjoys her time cooking, traveling and being with her fiancé. 


Katherine Beach

On-Premise Recruitment Manager

Kat over sees the management of on premise events and promotions.  Her focus on the liquor and

spirits brands in the Perfect 10 porfolio.  Not only is she beautiful but she is also a talented

event photographer and design expert.
