Live Castings

Every contractor in our database goes through a live casting call—just like auditioning for a role! Once they've completed casting, they’re invited to view and express interest in our clients upcoming opportunities that align with their strengths and experience.

From there you pick who’s the best fit!

Thorough Brand Training

Once you select your talent, our pricing include a comprehensive brand training—delivered virtually or in-person—led by you or your team. This ensures all staff are fully aligned with your objectives, brand standards, and event expectations, setting the stage for a seamless execution.

Comprehensive Testing

To make sure our P10s are sharp on their knowledge of your brand, we have them take a quiz on every training you provide. Before they can work the event, they must score a 100 on this quiz.

  • We’re meticulous and thrive on diversity and inclusion. Our process for screening includes a live castings with potential contractors. They tell us what type of work they are looking for and make sure we all align.
